Cattle For Sale

All of our registered heifers are papered with the American Dexter Cattle Association and DNA'd for Genotype, Chondro, PHA, and for the red/dun color through Texas

A& M University. They can be sold off the pasture or halter broke. We also have Dexter cross stock available for those who want a piece of the Dexter "pie" but aren't interested in registered stock.

Registered calves start arriving in February and will continue to arrive until mid April. The registered stock will then get weaned and some education in the halter. All registered stock is sold weaned, vaccinated, and usually started in their halter training.

The Dexter cross herd starts to calve early June through September. They are docile, but aren't halter broke. Package deals available when purchasing more than one DND Farms stock. Please reach out if you have any questions about our stock.

DND Jameson

DOB: 2/25/2021

ADCA #: 049855

Polled (heterozygous)

Black (Carries both RED and DUN)

Chondro/PHA Negative

This young bull has stood out from the crowd from the moment he hit the ground. At almost 8 months old he has always looked like a bull! He is thick and exhibits a lot of his sire's qualities. He has been lightly started in a halter.  Weaned and ready to spend the winter growing so he can service cows Spring of 2022.

JA Wind River Fiona

DOB: 2/14/2018

ADCA #: 044721

Chondro/PHA Negative

Fiona is being sold as exposed, she has been with the registered bull, Ferley since May 1. This year's calf has been weaned and sold. Don't let her horns intimidate you, she is docile and has many good calving years ahead. She is a moderate to small framed cow, if you are looking for a smaller framed Dexter, she is your gal.

Spring Park Faith

DOB: 4/15/2018

ADCA #: 044723

Chondro/PHA Negative

Faith is being sold as exposed, she has been with the registered bull Ferley since May 1. This year's calf is on the property, but is a steer who will be heading to the feed yard (not for sale). Faith is docile and easy to be around. She's very low maintenance, smaller framed, and would be well suited to be a small acreage cow where she wouldn't get lost in the shuffle of a bigger herd.

2021 registered calves have been sold, please reach out if you would be interested in being on a contact list for when 2022 calves start hitting the ground.
