CATTLE FOR SALE

All of our registered heifers are papered with the American Dexter Cattle Association and DNA'd for Genotype, Chondro, PHA, and for the red/dun color through Texas

A& M University. They can be sold off the pasture or halter broke. We also have Dexter cross stock available for those who want a piece of the Dexter "pie" but aren't interested in registered stock.

Registered calves start arriving in February and will continue to arrive until mid April. The registered stock will then get weaned and some education in the halter. All registered stock is sold weaned, vaccinated, and can be started in their halter training upon request.

The Dexter cross herd starts to calve early June through September. They are docile, but aren't halter broke. Package deals available when purchasing more than one DND Farms stock. Please reach out if you have any questions about our stock.

Dexter Cross Heifer

DOB: 4/8/2024

Lovely thick built heifer that just got turned out with our registered Dexter bull. She is a thick and compact heifer that will be a perfect asset for someone wanting a bred heifer to grow over the summer and calve next spring. She is docile and easy to handle and we personally keep a decent number of this family line in our own herd. Will be sold as confirmed by vet bred.

Dexter Cross Heifer

DOB: 4/10/2025

This heifer is a copy paste of the other listed heifer. She is thick, docile, and compact. She will mature to be a medium sized cow. She is currently running with our registered Dexter bull to be bred for a spring calf. She will be sold as confirmed bred by our vet.

Full Dexter Yearling Heifer

DOB: 5/27/2024

This heifer will be ADCA registered, so here is your chance to have a hand in her registered name. She is PHA/Chondro negative and polled (no horns). He dam is so low maintenance I don't usually remember that we have her until we see her. Heifer 23 has been halter broke and is learning to tie. She is timid but quiet and is ready for her own family and to be bred at the end of the summer. She will remain on the smaller side for a Dexter.
